I’m a dedicated, results-driven young professional with experience supporting always-on technology operations in the banking environment. I’m known for integrity, resilience, and clear communication, and I enjoy working collaboratively across teams to keep services reliable.

In my Data Centre Operations National Service role at Consolidated Bank Ghana, I ensured 24/7 availability of critical infrastructure—including power, cooling, and networking systems. I responded to data center alerts, escalated issues to service owners, supported network and server tasks, and helped with patch management and capacity planning. I also documented and handed over activities each shift to maintain smooth continuity.

Earlier, I supported IT operations as an Intern at Volta River Authority and Blakbod, where I troubleshot network connectivity, installed and configured equipment and software, and repaired computer hardware. I monitored ITSM applications, reported incidents logged by users, managed security software to maintain protection against cyberattacks, and performed practical device-level maintenance such as replacing RAM and hard drives.

I’ve also built training and support experience as an E-learning Facilitator (Intern) at KNUST, assisting learners through online platforms and providing technical support for LMS use during training sessions. I’m motivated to keep growing my career in the banking and technology space—bringing disciplined operations, hands-on troubleshooting, and a focus on dependable service delivery.
