I’m a dedicated IT professional with a strong background in system administration and IT management, with a passion for ensuring the seamless operation of messaging systems. I deliver high-quality service through deployment and maintenance, security measures, failure analysis, capacity planning, system tuning, resources management, and troubleshooting.

In my current role at Samsung Heavy Industries Nigeria, I architect and manage Ubuntu and Debian server environments for business-critical applications. I automate maintenance using custom Bash and Shell scripts, support secure multi-site VPN connectivity for 700+ users, and strengthen security with firewall policies and endpoint protection while monitoring with SolarWinds and PRTG.

I also manage enterprise SAN/NAS storage solutions and distributed data environments to ensure high availability and compliance with strict data retention and recovery policies. I provide troubleshooting for Linux application services and hardware, achieving consistently high performance and 99.9% uptime, and I transition team workflows to remote-friendly operations using Git while mentoring junior staff.

Previously as an Assistant Manager / System Administrator, I reduced operational costs by 20% through virtualization and resource consolidation and improved disaster recovery planning to support near-zero data loss. Earlier, as a Network Admin / IT Support and Network Design Architect, I handled Active Directory infrastructure, SCCM-based deployments and inventory, Exchange server updates, and LAN/WAN support—then moved into network design, customer training, and IT asset management.
