I’m looking for a customer-first SaaS or EdTech role where I can drive retention and CSAT through product adoption, proactive churn prevention, and trusted advisor work—turning customer signals into growth.

I’m a Customer Success Manager with 2+ years in SaaS and EdTech, focused on customer outcomes that directly support business growth. I’ve driven 95% retention and 90% CSAT across 100+ accounts in English and French markets.

In my current role at Speak French Fast Academy, I manage the full customer lifecycle for 100+ accounts with zero involuntary churn. I design personalized onboarding journeys, use health score tracking to spot at-risk accounts early, and deploy targeted playbooks to prevent churn.

I’m also responsible for expansion impact—leveraging usage signals to increase NRR through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. I reduce friction for customers by co-creating self-serve enablement resources, which helps cut down support tickets.
