I'm supporting digital transformation and system-upgradation initiatives at KPMG Delivery Network India, partnering with project managers on estimation, budgeting, financial governance, and delivery controls.

I manage burn-rate tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals, resource utilization, vendor invoices, schedules, RAID logs, executive dashboards, and PMO governance reviews.

Previously, I supported and coordinated urban infrastructure projects for Bengaluru Urban Municipality valued from INR 10 Cr to INR 100 Cr. My work covered schedules, WBS development, critical-path and Earned Value analysis, budget tracking, quality assurance, vendor coordination, and stakeholder reporting.

I also contributed to the INR 169 crore Citizen's Waterway Project and supported ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and NABL accreditation readiness. I bring Google-certified project management, construction project experience, and a focus on disciplined planning, traceable documentation, and continuous improvement.
