I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can own customer resolutions end-to-end, use SAP/Salesforce to improve order operations, and partner with teams to drive measurable process improvements through clear communication and accountability.

I’m a dynamic customer support and order management professional who delivers results by staying adaptable, communicating clearly, and driving continuous improvement. In my current role at TE Connectivity, I manage order processing, quotation, and scheduling agreements using SAP to improve operational efficiency, and I create confidential reports for management decisions.

Previously at Infosys BPM Limited, I served as a Senior Process Executive (Order Management Specialist), overseeing queue management for incoming orders across Salesforce and SAP. I handled end-to-end order placement—from quotation through cash collection—while generating quotations and invoices based on customer specifications, confirming on-time delivery through diligent follow-ups, and sharing order status updates to keep customers fully informed.

I also bring strong operational finance fundamentals from earlier experience at Gallagher, where I worked in Accounts Receivable (Direct bill), executing manual journal entries with foreign currency considerations, issuing sales invoices, and managing credit and debit notes. I performed weekly reconciliations of accounts receivable with bank statements, handled cash allocation and unapplied cash follow-ups with onshore teams, and resolved customer disputes efficiently—building the reliability and attention to detail needed to support customers and internal stakeholders.
