At iCustomer.ai, I built connection APIs and hardened integrations for iConnector, a universal data integration platform. I also developed Audience Loop’s guided onboarding workflow, combining provider signals into customer and competitor reports.
For B2B account segmentation and contact enrichment, I took initiatives from research and provider evaluation through production delivery. I automated processing for 95K+ account and contact records and delivered two 5,000-account segments with no duplicate parent keys or cross-segment overlap.
At GENIE AI, INC. Canada, I built a multilingual, voice-enabled property assistant and fine-tuned Qwen models with LoRA and QLoRA. My projects also include TraceForge AI, an evidence-first company intelligence platform, and DriftOps AI, a lakehouse reliability and incident recovery lab.
