I am an operations-focused club manager with hands-on experience running a busy dance studio, overseeing staff scheduling, class planning, and student engagement. I prioritize operational excellence and strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

During my tenure as Operation Head at a dance studio, I managed staff and 20+ clients across multiple batches while handling customer queries, enrollments, and payments to ensure smooth financial operations. I led marketing initiatives including flyers, social media campaigns, and outdoor branding to grow the studio's visibility and enrollment.

I have organized large-scale events—Rivalry 1.0 & 2.0—taking ownership of marketing, PR, logistics, and on-the-ground coordination, demonstrating strong event-management and promotional skills. I also represented my country in an international dance competition in Thailand, achieving a 4th-place finish.
