What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an executive support or operations coordination role where I can manage travel, procurement, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination while improving processes through SAP tools, Excel, and digital forms.

I've supported executive and Deliver teams at Kenvue India and Johnson & Johnson Medical India, coordinating meetings, travel, logistics, expense reporting, and strategic administrative operations.

At Johnson & Johnson, I managed corporate travel and expenses through SAP Concur, coordinated vendor and stakeholder activity through SAP Ariba, and processed more than $200K in monthly purchase orders. I also performed vendor due diligence, identified onboarding risks, and escalated compliance findings.

I use Excel, PivotTables, Microsoft Forms, Solution Hub, SAP Concur, and SAP Ariba to organize data, automate forms, maintain compliance records, and create tracking reports and dashboards. My earlier work in logistics, administration, dispatch, inventory control, and vendor payments has strengthened my operational foundation.
