What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use my writing, editing, research, and information-management experience to produce accurate, audience-focused communications and support clear, well-organized programs.

At University of Maryland Global Campus, I create clear communications, outreach materials, and briefings for students, military representatives, and education stakeholders. I review program and student information across Salesforce, OnBase, and PeopleSoft, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate national testing services with careful quality control.

I've also written news, features, and reviews for District Magazine; created travel and event promotions for U.S. Air Force community programs; and conducted technical research for U.S. Patent and Trademark Office patent examiners. Across writing, editing, records, and research, I turn complex information into accurate, useful content for distinct audiences.
