I'm a Field Nurse Case Manager supporting the Celltrion Connect Patient Support Program at PSPSync, where I coordinate treatment access, reimbursement documentation, scheduling, medication access, and follow-up care.
Previously, I supported the PfizerFlex Patient Support Program at Innomar Strategies and worked across internal medicine and neonatal intensive care at Alberta Health Services. I collaborate closely with patients, physicians, pharmacies, healthcare professionals, clients, and agencies to keep complex care journeys clear and seamless.
I'm intentionally moving toward program management, where I can pair my clinical background with an operational mindset to improve processes, build efficient systems, and deliver measurable impact at scale.
