At World Travel Protection, I manage medical cases for travelers, coordinating healthcare providers, underwriters, vendors, and accepting hospitals to deliver care aligned with insurance policy terms.

I assess medical and financial risk, triage new cases, estimate medical expenses and claim reserves, and develop care plans that support cost containment without compromising quality of care. I also manage repatriations and summarize medical reports to keep multidisciplinary teams aligned.

Previously, I provided direct ICU patient care at Peterborough Regional Health Center for more than a decade, responding to critical situations, code blues, and advanced life support needs.

I've also supported the next generation of nurses as a Clinical Instructor at Trent University, facilitating hands-on training, mentoring students, and evaluating clinical performance.
