I am a dedicated medical case manager with extensive experience in coordinating patient care and managing disability claims. My journey began as a Pediatric Nurse, where I developed a strong foundation in patient care and communication. Over the years, I have honed my skills in assessing claims, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

At Canada Life, I successfully assessed claims and processed waivers of premium, ensuring timely benefits for clients. My role at Blue Cross further strengthened my ability to analyze medical reports and facilitate communication among medical parties. I pride myself on my customer service skills, always striving to provide outstanding support and solutions to clients' needs.
