I’m looking to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions by strengthening patient care, accurate EMR documentation, and efficient ophthalmic testing, while building trusting relationships and supporting physicians to improve outcomes in a collaborative team.

I’m a dedicated healthcare professional and Certified ophthalmic assistant, focused on improving patient outcomes through compassionate, quality care. I work closely with physicians to ensure proper visits, accurate charting in EMR, and smooth patient experiences in fast-paced ophthalmology settings.

My day-to-day includes preparing exam and procedure rooms, maintaining sterilization standards, and performing/assisting with specialized ophthalmic testing such as OCT, Macula Visual field, Fundus photos, Fluorescein angiography, and OPTOS mapping. I also handle scheduling, patient education and advocacy, and detailed documentation for billing and insurance needs, drawing on experience across multiple offices and a background in customer-facing roles.
