At H.T. Jones Elementary, I designed curricula, e-learning modules, assessments, job aids, tutorials, and performance support resources for more than 500 students and staff. I also delivered virtual and instructor-led training for 30–40 staff per session, using adult learning principles and real-time technology.
I'm now applying my instructional design and operations experience at Good Times & Vibes Event Rentals LLC, where I standardize service delivery through training materials, coordinate concurrent event logistics, and support customers throughout the reservation lifecycle.
