I'm currently supporting patient care at Personalized Orthopedics, preparing procedure rooms, collecting histories and vital signs, assisting with fluoroscopy, injections, aspirations, and coordinating prescription requests.

Previously, I coordinated surgical workflows at Palm Beach Orthopedic Institute and Ocean Side Urology, managing pre-operative preparation, surgical scheduling, insurance verification, precertification, prior authorizations, and post-operative care communication.

I've also provided clinical support in orthopedic and podiatry settings, including triage, wound care, specimen collection, eClinical documentation, procedure assistance, and patient scheduling.

With more than five years in healthcare environments, I bring a patient-first approach to organized, accurate clinical and administrative support. I'm a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and am pursuing an Associate of Science in Surgical Technology.
