I am a hands-on care professional with practical experience supporting families and people with care needs. I bring a calm, resilient approach and I work well under pressure while keeping the needs of others central.

I have managed day-to-day household operations, coordinated calendars and contractors, and ensured a safe, well-run home environment. I take pride in clear communication and organized planning to keep family life running smoothly.

In care settings I provided person-centered support for individuals with autism, assisting with personal hygiene, nutrition, medication and appointments. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and focus on dignity, safety and routine in daily support.

I am multilingual (Dutch, English, Czech and some French), quick to learn, and comfortable rotating between roles—from household management to retail tasks such as stock checks and store opening/closing. I work effectively as part of a team and adapt to evolving needs.
