What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote or home-based opportunities in customer service, customer support, virtual assistance, administrative support, or data entry. I'm comfortable learning new systems and open to flexible working hours.

At Sandwich Baron, I progressed from General Worker to Shop Manager within approximately three weeks. I supported front-of-house and kitchen activities while maintaining smooth day-to-day shop operations.

I responded to customer calls and enquiries, handled complaints, and used the shop's point-of-sale systems. I also completed stocktaking and coordinated with suppliers to support stock availability.

I trained and supported team members, and independently managed shop operations during the owner's extended overseas trips. I'm a qualified photographer and have used Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Gmail, and Microsoft Teams.
