This helped with Trinidad and Tobago being ranked number one in a report published by the University of Oxford that assessed responses to COVID-19 based on four of the six WHO criteria for rolling back COVID-19 “lockdown” measures

Developed a pool-sharing system and online photography portal for the state funeral of the late Prime Minister Patrick Manning, which provided access and coverage to those unable to attend the small church in person, benefiting both the media and citizens

Revamped and introduced new format for the THA's flagship programme, “Let’s Talk Tobago” which increased viewership and raised the show's visibility in the sister-isle, Trinidad

Landed interviews with Jamaican newsmakers such as Government officials, opposition politicians and captains of industry; subsequent news stories revealed new information and different perspectives to the Jamaican people on issues impacting them

Won the first media award for GISL which enhanced the credibility of Government programme, the "Inside Story"

On-location reporter for significant events including the release of former Prime Minister Basdeo Panday from the maximum security prison; Guyana’s worst natural disaster in decades, the 2004/2005 "Great Floods", and the homecoming of Soca Warriors following their qualification for the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany; live and up to date TV coverage kept TV6 ahead in ratings

Covered health, education, environment and entertainment for the then weekly newspaper; this diversification of content bolstered the newspapers already growing prominence
