At Erickson Senior Living, I owned Salesforce release-readiness testing, led UAT, and presented test results and risks to the approval board before production releases. I identified and escalated critical defects so teams could address issues before launch.
I also served as the point of contact for Salesforce cases and Jira tickets, reproducing defects and validating test data. I translated requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for Salesforce changes.
At Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, I tested SharePoint workflows and validated enhancements with end users. I also designed and tested an automated training sign-up workflow and delivered SharePoint training to employees.
At AON, I supported SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments and tested collaboration and workflow systems. I developed a workforce-coverage tool and built an executive project-tracking platform used by senior leadership.
