I'm currently supporting OmniPod at Insulet Corporation, where I perform manual quality assurance for web applications through smoke, regression, and sanity testing.
I create and execute test cases in Polarion, manage test plans and scenarios, track defects in JIRA, and develop QA documentation for onboarding. I also work with Confluence, Salesforce, Postman, and Agile QA processes.
Previously at NTT Data Services, I tested the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana website, created test cases, ran SQL queries, and tracked bugs in Azure DevOps. At Butchershop Mexico, I tested the Bittrex mobile app across iOS and Android builds using AppCenter and TestFlight.
I've also supported CMS website quality assurance for WebMD, Medscape, MDEdge, and Sequoia at Internet Brands. My background in software engineering and ongoing master's studies in Information Technology Management complement my practical QA work.
