I’m a Senior Manual QA Engineer with 7+ years of experience ensuring quality across web, mobile, CRM, and e-commerce platforms. I specialize in functional testing, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing while working in Agile environments (Scrum and Kanban).

I bring deep hands-on experience with Salesforce functional testing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer data management, audience segmentation, and campaign automation through Journey Builder.
