I design tailored safari journeys and manage every client detail from deposit through departure. In my current Client Manager and Travel Designer role, I create itineraries, convert prospects into sales, maintain cost-sheet accuracy and GP margins, coordinate flights and extra services, and prepare clients for travel.

At Safari Footprints, I planned and quoted safaris, produced WETU itineraries and destination guides, reconciled completed trips, invoiced guests, negotiated supplier rates, and trained staff on bookings, quotes, invoicing, and banking.

I've also hosted guests as a Lodge and Guest Relations Manager at Okavango Wilderness Safaris and supported global accommodation, car-rental, transfer, and travel bookings in junior travel consulting roles. I work with Galileo, Amadeus, Druv, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
