As the owner of Bekker Services, I am responsible for repairing domestic and commercial refrigeration units, as well as domestic appliances. I also provide general handyman services and computer support.

As a Freelancer, I was responsible for retrofitting old NC Milling machines with new controlling hardware and open-source software. This transformed them into full CNC Milling machines.

As a Technical Specialist, I maintained and modified code for new requests on the software platform and provided first and second-level support for software problems. I also conducted research and development for applications, solutions, and operating system upgrades.

As a C++ Programmer & Technical Support, I maintained and modified code for new requests on the IBM OS/2 software platform and supported branches with application software problems. I also provided technical support on hardware and conducted research and development for operating system upgrades.

As the Owner of Bekker Refrigeration Services, I managed all aspects of the business. This included overseeing refrigeration services and operations.

As a Field Coordinator, I served as a direct interface with clients daily, coordinating field technicians to problem sites and recording problem details. I also liaised with third-party vendors for equipment repairs.

As a Team Leader, I served as a direct interface with clients daily, providing full support for both hardware and software, and technical support for technicians. I was also responsible for yearly budgets and staff issues.

As a Senior Linux Administrator, I maintained and monitored all back-office servers and managed client and local data backups. I also developed, maintained, and enhanced an in-house web-based monitoring system using PHP, Perl, HTML, and JavaScript.

As a Senior Technician, I was the direct interface with clients daily, providing full support, installation, and maintenance for both hardware and software. I was responsible for all new rollouts and migrations to new hardware, software, and operating systems.

As a Senior Support professional, I was responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting software applications for a client base of 5000 users. My role ensured smooth operation and user satisfaction.

As a Freelancer, I assisted in migrating manual processes to automated SQL extraction. This involved working with financial data to streamline operations.
