What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a healthcare operations role where I can improve insurance verification, prior authorization, billing, claims follow-up, HIPAA-compliant documentation, and revenue cycle performance for a patient-focused practice.

At Primary Care of York, I directed daily remote and on-site operations for a US-based primary care practice, leading a team of four staff members.
