In my current Project Engineer role at Fiorilli Construction (USA), I manage the project lifecycle from planning to closeout, with a focus on profitability, cost control, and timely delivery. I support project controls through scheduling, procurement, budget management, and subcontractor oversight using Procore, while ensuring accurate billing, vendor/subcontractor payments, and comprehensive closeout documentation.
