Managed up to 27 students per class period and created engaging lessons for Biology, Honors Biology, AP Biology, and AP Environmental Science for grades 9–12. Led NGSS-aligned labs and analyzed student data to inform instruction.

Collaborated with HQ on enrollment and staffing through outreach and recruiting events. Led daily camp operations, managed staff and budgets, and ensured a high-energy, high-quality experience for campers and families.

Managed up to 35 students across kindergarten through 12th grade as a long-term substitute. Delivered responsibilities including behavior management, physics and biology curriculum development, and collaboration with administrative and counseling staff.

Managed an elementary school garden and created an after-school program with curriculum for up to 60 children (K–6). Planned community workshops and events, including field trips, to build interest in environmental science, agriculture, and ecology.

Organized and created summer camp curriculum for K–8 students. Worked with the Education Manager to train and supervise interns and support camp delivery for the season.

Organized and facilitated sustainability education events for up to 500 residents. Maintained and educated residents on the community garden and composting, and supported initiatives to reduce energy use and improve waste reduction.

Planned and taught hands-on projects on environmental issues for 60 fourth-grade students at Kellogg Elementary School. Mentored students and supported regenerative program development through collaboration with faculty, staff, and parent stakeholders.

Completed a Master in Secondary Education with an emphasis in STEM, including a single subject teaching credential in Biology.

Earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology with a minor in Regenerative Studies.
