What I'm looking for

I’m looking to work with a school aligned with my passions for the living world and young people—using my Environmental Biology/STEM studies, strengthening my leadership, and helping students learn through engaging labs, data-informed instruction, and community.

I’m a science teacher passionate about connecting the living world to young people through engaging, standards-aligned instruction. I teach general Biology, Honors Biology, AP Biology, and AP Environmental Science while supporting students in grades 9–12.

In my daily classroom role, I manage up to 27 students per period, create lesson plans, and run labs and activities aligned with NGSS. I also analyze data to inform instruction, helping me refine how students learn and grow.

Beyond the classroom, I bring strong leadership and operations experience from camp roles. As Camp Director, I ran daily camp operations, managed budgets and staffing, hired and retained high-quality staff, and delivered high-energy, memorable experiences for families.

My foundation is rooted in environmental biology and regenerative studies, strengthened by hands-on education work—from managing an elementary school garden and after-school environmental program to teaching through the John T. Lyle Center Regenerative Studies Fellowship. I’m driven to lead with care, build community, and create learning environments where students feel capable and inspired.
