What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a school where I can teach secondary science through inquiry-driven lessons, build NGSS-aligned curriculum, and use student data to target interventions that measurably improve outcomes.

I’m a Secondary Biology/Earth and Space Science teacher who designs differentiated, inquiry-based instruction and data-informed learning experiences. In my current role at Boiling Springs High School, I implemented NGSS-aligned curriculum and strategies that increased the Biology Department End-of-Course (EOC) pass rate from 52% to 64%.

I also established the Earth and Space Science program by creating a comprehensive curriculum, instructional framework, and pacing guide adopted department-wide. Across my teaching experience, I’ve built online and in-class learning structures in Google Classroom and Canvas, developed assessments and student supports, and collaborated with colleagues to refine alignment and instructional practices based on EOC trends.
