I’m a customer service professional who thrives in high-volume environments, delivering exceptional service while keeping transactions accurate and records detailed. At TJ Maxx, I also support daily operations through jewelry inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention procedures.

Through my health practicum at the American Parkinson’s Disease Association (APDA), I helped strengthen community engagement by supporting outreach and event coordination during APDA Optimism Walks. I created and organized an Information & Referral (I&R) database to improve access to patient and caregiver resources, while supporting administrative functions and resource management.

I bring an operations-focused mindset, strong organization, and collaborative communication to every role—whether training and supporting team members or working with staff to enhance service delivery. I’m motivated to combine customer-facing experience with health administration skills to help people and communities access the resources they need.
