I’m a motivated and dependable high school graduate with 2 years of customer service experience, and I’m eager to move into an entry-level healthcare or administration position. I bring a service-first mindset and a commitment to creating a positive experience for every person I help.

In my recent roles as a Retail Associate/Cashier and a Customer Service Associate, I provided excellent support in fast-paced environments. I operated cash registers and processed transactions accurately, assisted customers with purchases, returns, and inquiries, and resolved concerns professionally and efficiently.

I’m the kind of teammate who stays organized, supports daily operations, and communicates clearly under pressure. Through my work, I’ve developed strong teamwork habits and practical problem-solving skills that help keep service smooth and customers satisfied.

Outside of work, I’ve built leadership and community involvement through church youth activities, volunteering with a homeless feeding outreach, and helping at a soup kitchen—supporting food distribution, preparation, serving, and cleanup. With my High School Diploma and continued focus on growth, I’m ready to contribute consistently and learn quickly in a healthcare or administration setting.
