I monitor critical alerts and handle P1–P4 incident tickets using Moogsoft and Splunk Cloud, applying ITIL/ITSM incident and change management practices.
I plan maintenance ahead of major system upgrades using Zabbix and Moogsoft, and have implemented task automation to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
For my AZ-104 certification preparation, I deployed Azure virtual machines and configured virtual networks, network security groups, and storage accounts. I’m an Azure Administrator Associate certified analyst with working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
