I am looking for a role that fosters employee engagement and offers opportunities for professional growth.

I am an HR Generalist with over 5.5 years of experience in managing the employee lifecycle, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing effective HR strategies. My journey began with a strong educational foundation, earning my MBA in Operations and HR, which equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in various HR functions.

At EagleView, I have successfully managed end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment to retention. I have implemented employee engagement initiatives that significantly improved retention rates and Lattice scores. My role involves collaborating with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and compensation benchmarks, ensuring we attract the best talent.
