I'm seeking a Relationship Manager, Deputy Manager, Operations Manager or Customer Support role in banking, insurance, BFSI or another customer-facing organisation, returning to a structured corporate role.

At Kotak Mahindra Bank, I acquired and onboarded corporate clients, coordinating salary account opening, KYC and employee activation. In one corporate onboarding drive, I opened 27 salary accounts and generated 7–8 cross-sells and referrals.

At Manago (New Town Ventures LLP), I drove client acquisition for F&B SaaS and POS solutions and supported restaurants, cafes and cloud kitchens after onboarding. I also ran a Meesho last-mile delivery business, handling customer coordination and daily operations with a team of 8–10.
