I’m an operations, construction, and restoration executive with 10+ years of experience leading multimillion-dollar projects and improving operational performance. I bring a track record in restoration, commercial construction, excavation, insurance claims, and high-performance sales.

As an Owner / Operator at R&R; Enterprises (2023–Present), I founded and scaled a junk removal, demolition, renovation, and waste services company. I oversee estimating, operations, marketing, scheduling, excavation, and water line and septic installations.

In sales leadership, I’ve exceeded goals and built winning teams—most notably at Excavation Port-A-Go (2025–Present), where I exceeded sales goals by 75%, managed a 10-person sales team, improved CRM Systems market share by 54%, and negotiated contracts that increased revenue by 45%. I also supported scaling Southeast Restoration (2017–2021) into a $4M multi-state contractor while managing up to 65 simultaneous projects.
