As an F1 – Premium Cabin Crew Attendant, I supported the safety and comfort of premium cabin passengers, assisting them while boarding and during the flight.

Before my airline roles, I handled technical support and customer care for telecommunications, broadband, and credit card services. My training included emergency management, special assistance, service excellence, and WSET level 1 Award in wines (QCF).
