As a Quality Analyst at Elico Healthcare Services (Feb 2022–Present), I perform quality audits for AR calling processes to ensure alignment with client and compliance guidelines. I conduct insurance follow-ups on unpaid or denied claims, analyze EOBs/ERAs to identify denial reasons, and implement corrective actions through appeals, reprocessing, and claim corrections.

I also review aging reports to prioritize high-value claims for quicker resolution, and I provide floor support to AR teams for complex claim handling and payer communication.
