What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an RCM role in US healthcare where I can own physician/hospital AR, improve denial and underpayment resolution, and strengthen claim outcomes through Epic documentation and CPT/ICD-10 + payer-guideline accuracy.

I’m a US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management professional with 2 years of experience focused on Accounts Receivable for physician and hospital billing. I specialize in insurance follow-up, denial management, and underpayment analysis to drive clean, timely claim outcomes.

In my current Process Analyst role, I perform end-to-end insurance follow-up, investigate and resolve denied, unpaid, and underpaid claims, and review EOBs/ERAs to initiate claim reprocessing. I apply CPT and ICD-10 knowledge, modifiers, and payer guideline logic while maintaining documentation in Epic and balancing productivity and quality targets.
