What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to US healthcare revenue cycle operations, resolving claims and denials while strengthening reimbursement, quality, and operational reporting.

I've supported US healthcare revenue cycle operations at Ecare India and Viewgol Healthcare, resolving denials, rejections, underpayments, and outstanding insurance claims across Cardiology and Ophthalmology.

I review EOBs and ERAs, track aging accounts, prepare appeal and claim-resolution notes, and coordinate with charge entry and payment posting teams. I also maintain client logs, support month-end reporting and quality audits, and use Kareo, Thrive, Excel, basic SQL, and basic Power BI.
