I currently support customers at HelloWatt and Papernest, handling multilingual requests and managing electricity, gas, and internet contracts from opening through modification and termination.

At Interassur Call Center, I prospected customers, presented insurance products, negotiated contract terms and rates, and followed up on leads to close sales.
