At Atrium Health Navicent, I assessed operations across three urgent care locations and translated interviews, workflow observations, policies, and operational data into process maps and a prioritized DMAIC improvement portfolio.
I’m developing an intercom communication system with defined use cases, role ownership, escalation protocols, pilot measures, and implementation guidance. I’m also documenting handoffs and future-state requirements for lab-result tracking and patient portal messaging.

I turned the findings into a staff-facing interoperability guide and presented implementation-conscious recommendations to senior leadership.
As a Merit Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute of Health Administration, Georgia State University, I study healthcare trends and program performance using Tableau and SPSS. I also coauthored research on AI adoption and hospital performance, and co-developed the ClearPath Vista payer-navigation concept as part of a Georgia State University team.
