What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply customer support, troubleshooting, communication, and teaching experience to help customers or learners solve problems and achieve better outcomes.

I'm currently teaching English at Wesley Kindergarten and Spore Learning Center in Taoyuan, where I create lesson plans, lead interactive learning activities, and support students' communication, reading, writing, and phonics development.

Previously, I supported Proton users with account access and technical issues while maintaining privacy compliance, investigating root causes, and sharing customer feedback with developers to improve products.

My background also includes sales, fraud research, billing escalations, and medical-device test engineering. I've closed 90% of support and incident requests at first contact, ranked as a top customer service agent, and managed testing activities for autoinjectors and pen injectors.
