I’m seeking to advance into a more technical, systems-focused role within LC Logistics—using troubleshooting, WMS/LMS/ERP integration support, SAP IDOC processing, and reporting to improve inventory accuracy and operational performance.

I’m a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative at DB Schenker, where I manage user provisioning and access control across Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Labour Management System (LMS). I troubleshoot system integration issues by investigating download errors and retriggering transactions between client ERP systems and WMS, ensuring data stays consistent.

I also resolve and process IDOCs within SAP S/4HANA, reconcile inventory data between WMS and ERP, and generate and analyze inventory and operational reports to maintain accuracy across systems.
