What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer service or technical support role aligned with U.S. business hours, where I can resolve user issues, communicate clearly in English and Spanish, and focus on customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.

I've supported 20+ personal-computer users through my independent IT support service, managing client communication, scheduling, troubleshooting, system setup, and preventive maintenance end to end.

I've also monitored 50+ recreational machines at Fundación Malecón 2000 and supported electrical-system troubleshooting for public events. My background teaching robotics, computing, and electronics helps me explain technical solutions clearly, while hospitality experience in the United States strengthened my English-language customer service.
