Caysea McNulty
@cayseamcnulty
I lead nonprofit operations and build community programs that strengthen student and volunteer engagement.
What I'm looking for
I'm currently COO/Operations Manager at Christmas Come True, where I serve as second-in-command for a large-scale nonprofit Christmas program and oversee planning, execution, and real-time problem solving.
I coordinate volunteers, staff, and external partners across a complex, multi-component operation, ensuring program objectives are delivered on time. In the absence of senior leadership, I make decisions and resolve high-pressure issues.
I also founded Next Level Generation at Flagler College to help students build life, professional, and personal skills through outreach, sponsorship, and volunteer work in the surrounding community. My background in international history and politics, along with advanced French and intermediate Spanish, supports my community-focused work.
