Senior IT Project Manager and PMO professional with extensive experience leading enterprise technology projects, ERP implementations, IT service delivery, and cross-functional teams.

Currently at ATX Business Solutions, I manage a portfolio of approximately 20 technology projects annually, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics AX, Business Central, software enhancements, integrations, and business process improvement initiatives. I coordinate approximately 30 functional consultants, developers, and technical specialists across concurrent projects.

My responsibilities cover the full project lifecycle, including planning, scope definition, budgeting, resource allocation, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, testing coordination, go-live, and post-implementation support. I also oversee ERP support services, managing incidents, escalations, service commitments, and SLA performance.

Previously, at ESQ Business Services, I managed technology initiatives for financial institutions and enterprise clients, coordinating approximately 30 projects annually and supporting a portfolio of more than 50 clients. My experience includes client relationship management, vendor coordination, contracts, project governance, and business development.

I work with Microsoft Project, Jira, Planner, SharePoint, Confluence, ClickUp, and Microsoft 365 tools, applying structured project management practices and Agile methodologies according to project needs.
