I’m a Customer Success leader with seven years of experience managing client relationships, protecting recurring revenue, and driving retention within healthcare technology. Today, I manage a portfolio of more than 20 provider organizations generating approximately $3 million in annual recurring revenue while supporting over 300 providers nationwide.

I’m known for building long-term partnerships and navigating complex client challenges, serving as a primary strategic contact for account performance and relationship management. I also step in as the primary escalation point for executive stakeholders, driving resolution of complex client issues to strengthen long-term account retention.

Throughout my career, I’ve advanced five times within one organization, moving from frontline operations into Client Success Director. I collaborate across operations, billing, finance, and leadership teams, aligning client needs with business objectives while executing retention strategies that reduce churn risk.
