At Vestas Offshore Wind, I’m the primary HR contact for 500+ employees across Belgium and the Netherlands, advising employees and management on policies, employee matters, benefits, absence, and employment legislation.
Previously at Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, I supported 300+ employees across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Australia through HR administration, payroll inputs, relocations, and HRIS projects. I also led full-cycle recruitment across EMEA for functional and engineering roles, partnering with hiring managers and training recruitment teams on the Harrison Assessment methodology.
