What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced hospitality role where I can deliver exceptional customer service, support kitchen or front-of-house operations, and grow through teamwork, clear standards, and continuous improvement.

I’m an organized, dependable customer service and hospitality professional with over three years of international experience in Australia across hospitality, customer service, and kitchen operations. I thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.

In front-of-house roles, I’ve greeted and seated guests, managed multiple tables, and handled requests or issues to support high customer satisfaction. At “Frankie’s on Rotto,” I delivered friendly, efficient service in a high-volume restaurant setting.
