At Optimum Vector Group, I designed and led AI-DLC on Claude Code, extending AWS AI-DLC with 140+ rules across 17 extensions. The workflow includes human approval gates, audit trails, testing, and security checks.
I built the PDLC Portal as the control plane for a roughly 15-person Product, Design, QA, and Engineering team. It brings epic-based delivery, context hand-offs, and delivery insights into one flow.
At Qualifacts, I led a five-engineer Scrum team maintaining CareLogic, a behavioral-health EHR. I delivered a streaming-based audit solution using Apache Storm and Kafka, and regulatory reporting updates across the states where the product was sold.
