At Grupo CEU, I designed and shipped a LangGraph multi-agent RAG service now in production. It combines structured lead qualification, hybrid scoring, and human handoff to sales.
I built Kontai’s WhatsApp cash-register agent for Peruvian micro-businesses, which reads payment screenshots using a vision model. On an 87-case eval set, I raised intent accuracy from 72.4% to 97.7% and cut p50 latency from 1.7 seconds to 279 milliseconds.
At Tkambio, I owned the rebuild of the banking automation bot into an API and browser worker integrated with a Chrome extension. It processes about 500 operations per day, reduced time per operation from over two minutes to under 20 seconds, and eliminated duplicate transfers.
I’ve also contributed to an AI lead-qualification pipeline that saves about 10 minutes of research per lead, and led frontend modernization at Renace. I work across Python and TypeScript, with a focus on taking AI systems from use-case discovery through production.
