Architected a scalable component-based React and TypeScript system that standardized UI patterns and accelerated feature delivery across the team.

Led a domain marketplace from MVP to production alongside the CTO, owning architecture and aligning technical execution with business strategy. First engineering hire at a venture-backed developer-tools startup; built the platform from empty repository to launched product alongside the CEO. Defined the technical vision, architecture, and engineering roadmap, establishing the standards and infrastructure the engineering team scaled on.

Led a team of 4 engineers scaling a freelancer–client marketplace from early build to public launch on an aggressive timeline. Designed a scalable multi-tenant architecture on Next.js, tRPC, and MySQL, improving performance and maintainability.

Led and coordinated a team of 10 engineers across concurrent client projects, delegating work and establishing communication channels to hit delivery timelines. Built an end-to-end food ordering and delivery platform with a CMS-driven catalog supporting product variants, pricing, and fulfillment.

Led a team of 5 engineers building microservices and customer-facing apps on a platform serving over 1 million users globally. Drove systems architecture for the Chile market rollout, scaling and integrating APIs built by the Canadian backend team.

Directed a backend team of 4 building a multi-tenant corporate learning platform for enterprise clients including Rotoplas, Mazda, and AstraZeneca. Built subdomain-based tenant isolation, letting each partner company run a branded, independently configured instance of the platform.

Built a private, invite-only social platform consolidating communication between students, teachers, and developers into one product. Implemented custom hooks and performance optimizations that significantly reduced page load times.
